CORONABONDS

Governments in Amsterdam and Berlin should understand that Italy’s economy will not avoid the default after Covid-19 crisis without Eurobonds. Therefore to avoid riots, Italexit and the end of Euro they have to conceed Eurobonds. At the meantime government in Rome should understand that Eurobonds involves a very very strong control of public expenditures from Bruxelles and the end of the neverending policy of welfarism and patronage. Best way is to assign the resources directly to the Regional governments as already happens with PAC subsidies. Never as now we need more Europe, more regional power, more democracy and less ancient national policy.
